The 2016 Performance Evaluation
year is upon us! As we enter the planning phase of the performance management
cycle, we’re holding several optional SMART Goal Setting workshops. In this
workshop, consultants from University Human Resources will cover a brief
introduction and the philosophy behind writing SMART goals. Additionally, the
goals outlined in the UVAFinance Strategic Plan will be reviewed, and you will
have the opportunity to write one or two, and possibly more, of your own SMART
goals for the 2016 performance evaluation year!
