Installing the Zoom Add-in for use in Carr-13 & 16

When using Zoom in the new conference rooms on the first floor of Carruthers, you'll find it helpful to have previously installed the Zoom Add-in on your laptop (it makes hosting your meeting a lot easier once you get to the room!)

Instructions for downloading the add-in on both the Outlook Desktop Client and Outlook Webmail are copied below.
