UVAFinance team members are required to complete a change to their Zoom software before the end of the day July 10.
Because the install process will interrupt an ongoing Zoom meeting, it is necessary to have you choose when to install this software.
WHY THE CHANGE?
The Zoom software type we are asking you to install includes enhanced features the LSP team can use when assisting you remotely. These features are currently unavailable with the Zoom software type you currently have installed.
The process to install it requires you to log in to your User Console
Just follow the steps provided with the screenshots below.
STEPS TO TAKE
Log in with your computing ID and password
Make sure to change the Organization to Finance
Add caption |
Once you have logged into your console, go to Downloads on the left
Select Zoom- Convert to MSI
Choose Install at the bottom of the page
You will eventually receive an Install notification in the lower right-hand corner of your screen. Choose Ok
You will receive another notification in the same area once the install process is complete.
That's all you need to do!
