User Success Agents in the Finance Solution Center (read more about them here) have logged over 450 cases as of April 6. That's over 450 questions answered and people assisted, just in the first three weeks of operation!
What do User Success Agents do?
- Gather customer information
- Analyze the problem to identify the cause
- Solve the problem if there is a documented solution/answer
- Escalate cases to appropriate specialists if they cannot be resolved
Why was the Finance Solution Center put in place?
- To have a dedicated, full-time team to support you and answer your questions
- To be a single point of entry for all UVAFinance inquiries (Workday Finance and others)
- To have a live, personal response to your inquiries
- To monitor cases and ensure prompt response and resolution
